Just walking distance to the village centre with an amazing choice of award winning restaurants, pubs, breakfast places, movie theater. Your spacious and sunny apartment (approx. 60 sq mtr) has a spacious living room, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a super king size bed and a brand new stylish en suite for you to enjoy. House Rules

Please take off your dirty shoes when you enter the Appartement . Also absolutely no skis in the space itself. Skis can be stored in the ski locker on the left side of the stairs going down to your unit.

The space
Your apartment is spacious, sunny, newly refurbished and renovated. It is very private and quiet and you have your own entrance on the right site of the cottage.
Your Living room is well furnished with a sofa and two comfy chairs, a round dining table and a stylish kitchenette which is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, combi microwave , dishwasher, sink and an induction hob and everything else you need. The slow cooker come in handy for winter days out on the ski field!
Coffee/Tea & and a starter pack of muesli and milk is complimentary. Both rooms have their own independent air conditioning unit which will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter and the living room boasts an additional wood fire, firewood is readily available from the shed.
Please take note that the smart TV is in the bedroom and a free to air TV in the lounge.
Please be aware you need to be able to walk steps down to the apartment. The path lighting is on a motion sensor and well lit. But please take extra care in winter, it could be a bit icy early in the morning.
Your apartment has stunning views over the historic town and the gorgeous Arrowtown hills. The autumn colours are amazing
Guest access
Laundry is available on request. Please let us know when you want to use the laundry as it is located in our private area of the house. We will charge $ 5 for the use of the dryer and/or washing machine. If you stay more than 4 nights the laundry is free of charge.
Your own little patio with a table and two chairs is there for your enjoyment of the morning sun and summer evenings.
Additional notes
We do live upstairs on the property. Our house is not suitable for parties or pets
When you have booked for 3 or more people we will make up the extra queen size bed in the lounge ( you still need to access the bathroom through the bedroom though) If you require the 2nd bed to be made up for a 2 person booking , please let us know in advance. Extra charges apply.
If you require pick up/ drop off to/from either Queenstown or the airport, it is available on request and subject to availability . Costing $50/ each way for 2-3 pax. Please advise when booking if possible .
Guest interaction
For your convenience a lock box allows easy access to the property at your arrival. At the property there is a compendium with full instructions for your apartment.
Should you have any questions, we are available anytime. either by phone/text or just knock on our door upstairs. .
Please no skis or ski boots in the apartment, we have a heated ski locker for your convenience. The key to the heated locker is on your key ring.
Neighborhood overview
We are in a quiet residential area of town, it is only a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town with restaurants, post office and great shopping.
The old gold mining area is adjacent to town and in walking distance.
Lovely riverside & mountain walks are only minutes away.
4 Ski fields are within easy reach ( Coronet Peak, Remarkables, Cardrona and Treble Cone)
Getting around
We are easy walking distance to all restaurants, pubs, shops, post office , bus stop in Arrowtown.
A public bus service to Queenstown is available , bus stop around the corner.
the drive to Queenstown is only 15-20 minutes
